home theater installation

  home theater services

Have you been dreaming about a home theater for a long time? Home theaters are the perfect space for your family to come together now and for years to come.

When thinking about creating a home theater space or an entertainment room, there are many different aspects to consider.  1 2 3 Home Theater has been helping families throughout the Twin Cities since 2007 in all aspects of this process.  We’re experts at what we do and would love to help you. Our clients often describe us as friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help!

  home theater consultation

Most of our home theater or entertainment rooms start off with a free in-home consultation.  In this consultation, we meet with you in your space so we have a good understanding of your dream, goals, and vision. We have an opportunity to see the space we are working within so we know how the TV screen will fit and how your sound system will need to be installed. This is a great time to ask us questions! We’re happy to answer and consult on things like whether Dolby or Atmos is best for you and your goals.

This initial meeting typically takes an hour. We offer this service free-of-charge unless you already have your components purchased. In that case, we do ask for a $99 deposit that can later be applied to your installation.

  home theater design

A great looking home theater or entertainment space must start with a thoughtful eye on design. Some of the main factors we consider when designing include:

  • Hiding equipment and wires
  • Finding the best viewing angles for the TV
  • Placement of speakers to achieve the best experience
  • Determine how powerful the system needs to be

Our THX Certified staff will help you make the best decisions for your space, your goals, and your budget.

Additionally, we will provide a no-cost estimate on the cost of your system. As a one-stop solution, we provide both the components and design/installation you’ll need to make your home theater dream a reality.

For those customers who are only looking for one or two components, we offer an ala carte option.

  home theater equipment purchase

As a professional custom home theater company, we are a reseller for many top brand names in the audio and video space. We have access to more advanced and exclusive lines of components too. These exclusive lines include benefits such as longer warranties, ease-of-use advantages, and exceptional reliability. Lines like Ring X, Denon CI, & Epson Pro Cinema are few examples of these special lines we carry. Another benefit to working with us to purchase equipment is access to items not available to the public at large.

And did you know that when you purchase things like in-ceiling and in-wall speakers from us and have them installed, they are sales tax free?

When purchasing equipment through us, we save you many headaches. All you do on the day of installation is sit back and relax. We just show up, equipment in hand, set it all up for you, and teach you how to use your new system.

All equipment we sell is fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranties. As a bonus, if something should go wrong, you can call us and not the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

There are so many benefits to purchasing your equipment through 1 2 3 Home Theater. It’s no wonder so many of our customers love doing business with us!

Custom Home theater Installation

Custom home theater installation is the lifeblood of our business. Since 2007, we have been installing home theater systems in finished rooms or in new construction/remodels. We have a wealth of knowledge on how to get wires from one place to another and make your room look like it was planned that way from the beginning.

If you are doing a remodeling project or completing a new build, the best time to have us come in is typically when the electrician is finishing up. That timing is just before insulation and drywall are installed. We request a one to two week notice to ensure we can cover your installation and not slow down any of the progress. However, we are also dynamic in scheduling our crews so we can typically accommodate an installation with less lead time.

We install all aspects of a home theater room including:

  • Wiring
  • Speakers
  • Receivers
  • Projectors
  • Screens
  • Large TVs
  • Universal Remote Controls
  • Automated Lighting
  • Voice Control
  • Golf Simulators
  • Karaoke Machines
  • Video Call Systems…and more

service & support

We are here to support you long after your system is installed.

Every home theater system you purchase from us includes a one-year service and support warranty. Service calls include telephone and video call support and onsite visits when necessary. We’ll help even if you’ve just forgotten how to use something.

For those wanting support beyond our included one-year warranty, we offer ongoing support packages.

We want to make using technology fun, easy, and a blessing for your family.
